If
you are interested in having software developed you'll firstly talk to
one of our managing director whose job it is to understand you business
needs and
who will liase with you to make sure that the model we have in mind
ACTUALLY suits your business requirements and IS the same sort of
system/model that you had in mind.
Once that stage has been reached it is then clear what the software
will do and you can make a decision as to WHO will develop the software
as some companies may want the software developing offshore to save
cost on large projects, however large software projects are notoriously
difficult to contain costs and have a very high failure rate (think
about the child tax benefit system designed by a large consulting
firm).
If the project is to be developed and managed by us then we have
experienced Microsoft certified developers who have the inhouse skills
needed to develop, test and sign off software that will support the
business requirements agreed in the model agreed above.
We then deliver the software and train your staff how to use it.
After the software has been installed and you have taken over the daily
management of the new system we then provide a support service to you.
