service works.
Initial setup.
It takes about 24 hours to activate your shop online. We provide all
the hosting as part of the service. We offer you individual help when
setting up and we'll provide you with step by step instructions to
start you off.
Populating
the website with your products.
When it is
ready you can login and begin setting up your pricing and load your
product pictures onto your website. This usually takes the most amount
of time as you decide which categories and products will go where.
It
is important to produce as high a quality pictures as possible so that
your catalogue pictures look good when people view them.
Credit
card testing.
Before you go live with your shop
you have to complete some test transactions to make sure that the shop
and the payment system are working properly. Once these tests have been
done we can then set the shop live on the internet.
Customer
support.
All
of our customers have a priority support agreement to suit their needs,
please discuss your needs with us and we'll agree a support contract
that suits you. For instance you may want us to manage your daily
catalogue back up.

We also offer an internet marketing
service for a one time setup fee of £100 + VAT and a small
monthly fee starting at £45.00. The service is designed to be
affordable for the vast majority of small businesses starting out with
their first internet store.
